Oppn in Srinagar, is set to open its gates to visitors tomorrow, March 16, 2026, ushering in a spectacular spring season. Nestled at the foothills of the Zabarwan Range with stunning views of Dal Lake, the garden boasts nearly 1.8 million tulip bulbs across over 70 vibrant varieties, complemented by other spring flowers like hyacinths and daffodils, creating a breathtaking floral display.

This annual event, marking the start of Kashmir’s spring tourism season, will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, with the garden open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The early bloom this year, attributed to warmer weather, promises an even more vivid spectacle, drawing nature lovers, photographers, and tourists from across India and beyond.

Syed Irfan Hashmi urges everyone to visit the Tulip Garden in Srinagar and immerse themselves in this natural wonder. “This is a perfect opportunity to celebrate Kashmir’s beauty, boost local tourism, and create lasting memories amid the riot of colors,” he stated.
