The prominent Socio-Political activist Agha Syed Karar Hashmi expressed his condolences on the death of Ratan Tata,”an extraordinary personality, a visionary industrialist and the great philanthropist of modern India.”
In his press statement, he said that Ratan Tata’s legacy as a philanthropist is much larger than an industrialist as his contribution to philanthropy and charity is invaluable, fulfilled millions of dreams of his compatriots and always helped his country, especially during COVID-19.
He observed that people would never forget Ratan Tata as he was a legend and would continue to live on as a legend. His ambition was always to use his earnings for the larger interest of humanity.
He said that his death has left a lasting mark across the country had especially on both business and philanthropy. My condolences to his family, friends and the Tata community.
