In a vibrant democracy like India, political awareness is not a choice but a responsibility. Every citizen must understand their rights, duties, and the power of their vote. Democracy becomes meaningful only when people are informed, active, and vigilant.

Janata Dal (United) has always believed in people-centric governance, social justice, and inclusive development. In Jammu & Kashmir, especially among the youth, there is a growing need to promote political education so that decisions are not based on emotions, misinformation, or temporary narratives, but on facts and long-term vision.

Political awareness empowers citizens to question policies, demand accountability, and participate in nation-building. It strengthens transparency and ensures that governance remains answerable to the people. From education and employment to healthcare and infrastructure, every policy decision impacts our daily lives — and it is our duty to stay informed.

Youth of JKUT must engage in constructive dialogue, understand constitutional values, and contribute positively to society. Politics should not divide communities; it should unite people for collective progress.

An aware society is a powerful society. Let us commit ourselves to building a politically conscious, responsible, and progressive Jammu & Kashmir.
